Nurev Partner Program

Insurely offers referral rewards when a partner refers their clients to Insurely to purchase insurance. In order for the partner to earn a reward, a client has to purchase a qualifying Insurely insurance policy that has to be active for greater than 30 days. If the client cancels the policy in the 30-day window, the reward is considered unearned and is not paid out as a referral reward.

Clients are made aware that the partner is receiving a referral reward when they purchase a policy and have to accept a statement acknowledging the reward is being paid for partners that need to adhere to certain acts or regulations (ex. RECA). If the client declines the partner getting a referral reward in that circumstance, no reward will be paid to the partner.

Rewards are deposited directly into the bank account of the partner or the principal of the partner’s business if applicable. Rewards cannot be paid out in any other manner, nor can they be transferred to another partner. It is the responsibility of the partner to provide up-to-date banking information to receive rewards. Any rewards that are incorrectly deposited due to incorrect or invalid information being provided are subject to be forfeited.

Insurely may at any time and in its sole discretion: (i) modify or update the terms of, including but not limited to, the Program, this Agreement, Incentives (and their governing terms and conditions) and will make such modified or updated terms available in writing, or (ii) revoke a Participant’s account, and/or terminate Participant’s participation in the Program in its entirety. If Insurely provides Participant with an updated Custom URL, or Incentives (and applicable terms and conditions), Participant agrees will begin using, and will be subject to, such updated versions no later than 30 days after receiving them.

In Insurely’s platform, rewards expire within 90 days of earning them and cannot be reimbursed. Once the reward is redeemed through TangoCard, the gift card purchased never expires. Insurely is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Insurely Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be traded or used for other purposes than the intended use. Rewards are currently available for purchased property policies with an insured address in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
